Changes for Struts 2 plugin

Yet another overdue feature..

struts.xml: reference to unresolved package/class should have quickfix to create - finally got around to implement this.. Look forward to 8.1.3 EAP/Maia EAP

struts.xml: support nested properties in <param>

STRPL-40: <param> tag doesn't properly validate nested parameters

Finally fixed - will be available in next 8.1.2 EAP and ofcourse in Maia.
